Funding

• Reservation contract with reservation fee 150.000 CZK incl. VAT
• 1st instalment of 20% of the purchase price of the apartment, including VAT, upon signing the Future Purchase Contract
• 2. Instalment of 30% of the purchase price of the apartment, including VAT, after completion of the rough construction
• Additional payment of up to 100% of the purchase price of the apartment, incl. VAT after final approval before signing the Purchase Contract
